The Eclectic Flea Market – Grand Opening Memorial Day weekend, this flea market is a cut-above all other in WNC, offering the ultimate green shopping experience! Over 60 tables per weekend will be available in this section of the Downtown Market. The Eclectic Flea Market operates every Friday-Sunday all year-round. Organizations and groups from all over our community are invited to participate throughout the year. Watch for special priced weekends at the Flea, such as Memorial Day weekend, and be sure to sign up for our newsletter so you will know these weekends in advance so you can plan to join us!

Start small and THINK BIG! Spend a weekend with us at the Market, then perhaps consider expanding your booth into a permanent business. Opportunities are available for permanent fixed booth positions within the Eclectic Flea market. By next spring, we hope to have certain areas of the Market open 7 days per week. Answer: Someone who makes a good income at the Downtown Market!

Fleatique booths are booths that contain a healthy mix of antiques, decorative items, interesting knick-knacks, and higher end flea market items, all set in a shabby chic 10x10 room setting. Items can range in price from $1 to $100 (or more). There are two different ways to become a fleatique dealer at the Downtown Market. One is to have a permanent fixed-position booth on the Flea Market floor that you work every weekend, Friday-Sunday. For information about the Eclectic Flea, click here. The other is to secure a booth in FOCAL POINTS, the Market’s Fine Art & Antiques Consignment Shoppe that is staffed by a Downtown Market employee.
