Market Membership at the Downtown Market is available to merchants at cost of $100 per year.
Market Membership benefits include:
- Member merchants receive a $5.00 per day discount off Standard Market Rates and Special Event Weekend Rates. (This discount is NOT available on seasonally discounted weekends in January and February)
- Member merchants will receive Specified Free Fridays - Made available only to member merchants who pay for and work Saturday AND Sunday. These Fridays will be designated by management.
- For daily spaces, all booths are issued on a first come, first served basis, however Market Members receive first preference.
- There are very limited spaces available that provide access to electricity. There is currently a waiting list for Member merchants (only) who would like to have spaces with access to electricity. Only Market Members will be considered for these spaces. Electricity is an additional $5/day and is not discounted.
- Only Market Members will be considered for exposure on the Downtown Market website.
- Reserved fixed permanent spaces are available ONLY to Market Members. To qualify for a permanent fixed position on the Market floor, merchant must agree to:
- Pay Booth rental fee ONE FULL (4-week) MONTH in advance. Payment must be made on or prior to the 1st of each month to ensure that your space will remain permanent. Late payments will NOT be tolerated for permanent spaces.
- Any pre-notified weekends your booth is NOT open, permanent members are required to either store their merchandise or arrange for someone to man your booth.
- Permanent Main Aisle merchants MUST remain open all Market days and arrange for someone to man your booth if you are unable to work your booth.
